Where Will You Party this New Year?

Dec 31 is fast approaching and New Year party hosts are making their presence felt. A string of parties are lined up and the race to woo revelers has begun. DJs are flown in, Russian podium dancers have arrived, donor passes are being distributed and celebrity performers are saving their tantrums for later.

Sunburn at Goa begins the season with 3 days of frolic on the sands, with international DJs (including Armin Van Buuren, Roger Sanchez and Sander Van Doorn) just stopping short of New Year’s Eve. Other venues are gearing up with extras, such as face painting, fashion show, fire jugglers, grafitti artistes, contortion artistes, acrobats, balloon drop at midnight and such.

Not to be outdone, Leonia, Hyderabad promises quality time with Tollywood music director Chakri at their Leo Arena, while Novotel Shamshabad is giving away a night’s stay (with brunch) on a couple pass for One Party 2010. And tickets to Hangover 2010 at Hotel Oterra, Bangalore, get you a drop home after the party is over.

But that’s not all. The Big Spin and Viva La Vida 2010 at Hyderabad, Kickstart 2010 at Bangalore, Elevate presenting Juggy-D and Manak-E this year at Noida, and La Dee Dah at Aurus, Mumbai, have all included a range of activities and facilities worth checking out.
